This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is established between the following parties in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

Buyer:
The individual who places an order through the website.


2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased electronically through the Seller’s website, in accordance with:

  • Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
  • Distance Contracts Regulation

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, model, color, sales price, payment method, and main characteristics of the product(s) are presented to the Buyer during the order process and confirmed electronically.


4. General Provisions

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that:

  • They have read and understood the product details
  • They accept the pricing and payment terms
  • They have been informed about delivery conditions
  • They approve this Agreement electronically

5. Delivery Conditions

5.1 Delivery Time

Orders are processed and delivered within approximately 7-14 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery times are specified in our Shipping Policy.

5.2 Delivery Address

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the address is accurate and complete.

5.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are specified during checkout.
Free shipping campaigns may apply depending on the order.

5.4 Non-Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or inability to reach the Buyer:

  • The shipment may be returned
  • Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery

5.5 Damaged Delivery

The Buyer must inspect the package upon delivery.

If damage is detected:

  • The package should not be accepted, or
  • A report must be issued with the courier

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.


6.1 How to Exercise the Right

The Buyer must notify the Seller via:

  • Email
  • Phone
  • Written notice

within the 14-day period.


6.2 Non-Eligible Cases

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Products mixed with others after delivery

7. Return Conditions

7.1 Return Procedure

After withdrawal notification:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days
  • It must be unused and in original packaging

7.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer pays shipping for standard returns
  • Seller covers costs for defective or damaged items

7.3 Return Requirements

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Include original packaging and labels
  • Include invoice or order confirmation
  • Include all accessories

7.4 Refund Process

After inspection:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

Bank processing times may vary.


7.5 Defective Products

If the product is defective:

  • The Buyer may exercise legal consumer rights
  • All related costs are covered by the Seller

8. Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay the full amount using the selected payment method at checkout.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.


9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within legal limits
  • Consumer Courts are authorized for higher-value disputes

10. Acceptance

By completing the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
